CITES & legal trade
Sturgeon and paddlefish caviar is subject to CITES controls. MAAH stores CITES and lot-level information with inventory records. Public documents are shown only when a real document has been added and explicitly marked public.
Compliance & Certifications
Caviar deserves more than decorative trust badges. MAAH separates legal compliance, traceability and real certification records so customers and trade partners can see what is actually documented.

MAAH links products, variants, suppliers, inventory batches and supporting records so origin and movement can be traced through the commercial chain. Product pages may expose selected public traceability information without revealing internal documents.
Cold storage, hygiene, shelf-life control and product information are part of MAAH’s operating controls. This page is designed to show evidence-backed records rather than generic certification badges.
Restaurants, hotels, retailers and distributors can request supporting documentation relevant to a product or lot. Some documents may remain private because they contain supplier, customs or commercial information.
Published records
Only records deliberately marked public by MAAH appear here. Internal supplier, customs and commercial documents remain private.
This does not mean documentation is absent. MAAH publishes a record here only after the underlying document has been reviewed and approved for public display.

For the legal framework, use the competent authorities and legislation directly. MAAH’s page explains our records; it does not replace official regulatory guidance.
