Orders

Final production terms should explain pricing, payment methods, order acceptance, availability, and when a contract is formed.

Terms should describe chilled delivery, delivery windows, customer responsibilities at receipt, and what happens when a delivery cannot be completed.

Caviar is perishable. Final terms should clearly explain any applicable limitations on cancellation and returns for chilled goods.

Before launch, this document must include MAAH’s legal entity, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, registered contact details, and governing law.
